Quality Executive - Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products, services & processes meet the company’s established quality standards & regulatory requirements, including implementing QCQA procedures and programs.
• To organized and ensure that all testing of all samples are performed in accordance with the established work instruction and priority.
• To monitor quality of raw and packaging materials and finished products, performance of personal hygiene of the production operators an sanitation of production equipment’s.
• To verify the air, water quality and conduct trend analysis on environmental monitoring.
• To troubleshoot and provide solutions to non-conformances issues.
• To coordinate and participate in customer complaint investigation including report and update of customer complaint.
