Quality Engineering Automation Lead

Role Summary

You will be responsible for shaping and executing quality engineering strategies that support rapid application delivery, enterprise‑scale transformation, and continuous improvement. This role spans the full application stack and requires strong software engineering discipline to expand automation, improve test effectiveness, and embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will work across the quality engineering lifecycle to design reusable automation solutions, strengthen API and application testing, and support modern delivery practices in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on experience in Selenium, Java, Rest Assured, and TestNG with the leadership capability to guide distributed teams, partner with stakeholders, and help clients advance their quality engineering maturity.
