About the Role

The  (MEP) is responsible for ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in high-rise buildings are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards, with a focus on compliance, inspection, and documentation. 
 MEP Quality Assurance
Ensure execution of MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting) as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Monitor installation of conduits, cable trays, piping, ducting, and equipment.
Verify compliance with design standards, codes, and client requirements.
Inspection & Testing
Raise and manage Inspection Requests (IRs) for all MEP activities.
Conduct and witness inspections for pressure testing, insulation testing, continuity tests, and system checks.
Ensure proper testing and commissioning procedures are followed.
