- Monitor and control quality processes throughout production
- Manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Logistics to drive quality improvements
- Track and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs)
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality projects within the automotive sector.
