A growing engineering manufacturer within the UK rail supply chain is looking for a Quality Engineer to take real ownership of quality across the business. This isn’t about maintaining paperwork it’s about implementing structure, improving performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to strengthen processes, drive measurable improvements, and move the business from reactive quality management to a preventative, performance-led approach.
