About the Role
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics).
- Injection Moulding process knowledge preferable.
- Must be able to work at Senai, Johor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customer complaint and services.
- Analysis the problem and take corrective action.
- Monitor and follow up part on hold status.
- Prepare and reply to countermeasure or improvement action to customer.
- Verify all the sales return and ODR activity.
- Prepare monthly quality improvement to management.
- Provide guidance spec to QC supervisor.
- Follow up and monitor with production countermeasure reply.
