Quality Engineer

Trilight Optics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of optical components, is seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. This full-time position is based in Seberang Perai, Penang, where you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality control processes.

What you'll be doing

• Facilitate and lead RCA efforts for quality failures using systematic methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams).
• Support the qualification of new parts and processes through PPAP (production part approval process).
• Generate timely and accurate Monthly/Quarterly Quality Reports.
• Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for supplier quality improvements.
