Supplier Transition & Exit Support
- Support the exit program by enabling the transition of PCB assemblies from suppliers.
- Coordinate with incumbent suppliers to obtain complete and accurate as-built documentation, including Gerbers, BOMs, COC, FAIR, and test data.
- Validate the completeness, accuracy, and manufacturability of as-built PCB documentation prior to supplier transition.
Technical Review & Validation
- Review PCB designs, fabrication drawings, stack-ups, and specifications for compliance with engineering standards.
- Perform first-pass technical reviews of EQs (Engineering Questions) from suppliers, identifying gaps, risks, cost drivers, and technical clarifications.
- Ensure PCB designs are producible at new suppliers without performance, reliability, or compliance risks. <...
