Quality control of fabrication of semiconductor devices.Root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action for troubles occurred in fabrication of semiconductor devices. Activity should be done according to 8D procedure. Cooperation with related engineers is needed.Improvement activity of fabrication processExecution of on-going reliability monitor (ORT): test, data analysis, and failure analysis.Countermeasure for customer compliant. Viewpoint should be both from customer perspective and from LITE internal one.Expected Background:
More than 5-year experience on development of semiconductor devices, yield improvement for them, or quality improvement for them.Bachelor degree is needed. Master degree is preferable.Expected Skill:
