Review of ISIR and FAIR reports prior to submissionFirst point of contact for Customer quality concernsSupport with investigations as required, for internal and external complaints and help to implement CAPA measuresCompilation and submission of PPAP/FAI documents, as requested by customersProvide hands on inspection support as required (Absence/ Workload) Review and approval of concessions prior to submission to customersWhere required, conduct and lead 8D investigation reports issued by QHSE Manager Where required, provide support to development of process controls for specific processes and/or customer requirements Where required, raise NCR’s against suppliers and follow up to ensure effective CAPA are implemented ABOUT YOU:
