Quality Engineer

Job Role: Quality Engineer

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Rotherham, who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team.

Job Duties:

Assist with third party audits and assessments
Contribute and support site improvement activities
Monitor and analyse quality performance data
Support quality aspects relating to the submission of FAIRS, ISIR reports
Lead problem solving activities using 8D's, 5 why's, FMEA's, DMAIC etc.
Coordination of document control
Work closely with colleagues within the SHEQ department
Use quality management systems

Job Requirements:

Engineering Degree (preferred)
Experience of Quality Systems (AS9100/ISO9000/ISO14001)
Auditor qualification and experience (preferred)
Knowledge of lean principles
