Quality Engineer

Overview

EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer, located in Rotherham that is currently in the market for a Quality Engineer to join their company on a permanent basis.

Due to internal changes and off the back of continued success, our client is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join a new, dynamic team. The role is a pure addition to the existing team, designated to support specific value streams and enhance the company's continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Address internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and customer complaints efficiently.
• Conduct strong root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with continuous improvement teams and product engineers to implement sustainable solutions.
• Update and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and risk assessments....
