QUALITY ENGINEER KEYWORDS: AS9100/ISO9000-INTERNAL AUDIT-CAPA-ENGLISH >75%-DETAILED ORIENTED Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager Job duties: • Support the quality control department; provide daily, hands-on support to the QC and Production departments in accurately applying the specification and drawing requirements to the products, purchased or manufactured. • Review and audit Engineering’s deliverables and processes • Prepare and review Software and Hardware Quality Assurance plans • Participate in design reviews • Approve releases for products, software loads and various drawings (mechanical, optical, electrical) • Work with suppliers to improve quality and OTD, assign SCAR to implement permanent corrective action and maintain good traceability on improvements. • Support and maintain corrective action system.
