Responsibilities:
Support and oversee incoming, in‑process, and final inspection activities for precision‑machined components, ensuring compliance to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Lead non‑conformance (NCR) investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), working cross‑functionally to prevent recurrence.Develop, review, and maintain inspection plans, control plans, process flows, and quality documentation to support stable manufacturing processes.Work closely with manufacturing to monitor process capability, reduce scrap and rework, and improve first‑pass yield through data‑driven analysis.Support FAI / first article inspections, drawing reviews, and GD&T interpretation for machined parts.Participate in internal audits and support external/customer audits as requir...
