Description
Coordinates activities to ensure the quality of the products being manufactured, and reports quality statistics for each production department. Supports the different production departments in making quality‑related decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of complaints from external and internal customers.
- Analysis of returns from Sister Plants, follow-up, and closure.
- Rework of products due to returns from Sister Plants.
- Administration of NCRs, follow-up, and closure.
- Keeps the Production Supervisor informed of quality issues.
- Generates weekly informational reports on quality status by department.
