About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for new sample follow-up and ensure part within specification. Compilation of customer-requested new sample documentation such as FAI, control plan, PFMEA, COC, ROHS etc.
- Liaise with customers on quality issue claims, verification, and RMA system entry.
- Lead on root cause investigation & improvement actions for internal & external quality issue complaints. Response to customer CAR/8D report within the target date.
- Analyze customer quality issues and compile monthly customer meeting presentation material.
- Develop, implement, enforce, review, and improve quality control system to ensure that all parts/products produced are in accordance with the relevant standards/specifications and the Company's quality objectives are met.
