Quality Engineer

• Lead and resolve in-process, outgoing, and customer quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions .
• Coordinate MRB meetings for quality failures, ensuring timely disposition and follow-up closure.
• Oversee in-process and finished product inspections, develop quality plans, and drive continuous improvement with process and equipment teams.
• Conduct product and process risk analysis to ensure proper identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
• Perform internal process audits and track monthly quality performance , including in-process, outgoing, and customer complaint metrics.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
