Resumen: This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting production processes, and leading root cause analysis to reduce defects and enhance overall product quality.
**Responsabilidades**:**Main Responsibilities**:- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company policies and applicable standards (e.g., ISO ****).
- Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and 5 Whys.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics (scrap, rework, yield, customer complaints).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
