About the Role

Own and elevate product quality in our Identification Document Business by leading preventive quality engineering, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce defects, improve firstpass yield, and strengthen customer satisfaction, while embedding datadriven quality practices across engineering and operations, including supplier quality assurance measures. 
Your Responsibilities:
Support of the specialist departments in quality-relevant topics 
Preparation of Statements and 8D reports towards customers 
Requesting and evaluating statements from suppliers (internal/external) 
Driving quality and escalation meetings with customers,suppliers and internal 
Participation in defect analysis using the 8D systematic (e.g. 5 Why/ Ishikawa/ Poka-Yoka) 
Evaluation of complaints by means of visual and electronic analysis in the laboratory in Munich
