Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement functional and system test plans to cover all aspects of software features;
• Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality;
• Report and manage defects through the lifecycle until resolution;
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues;
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and quality metrics;
• Assist in improving testing processes and methodologies within the Functional Testing skill cluster;
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and contribute to continuous process improvement;
• Support knowledge transfer and training activities related to functional testing.
