Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer role at Hyperion Materials & Technologies will perform activities necessary to assure compliance of the production unit quality management system to ISO 9001:2015 standard. The Quality Engineer will engage in improvement activities to support the strategic direction of continuous improvement defined by the Operations management team.

• Monitor and evaluate supplier, internal, and external quality management system performance as assigned.
• Resolution of supplier, internal, and external quality management system non-conformances through rigorous application of established problem-solving methodologies to determine root cause and identify relevant corrective action.
• Validate effectiveness of root causes taken to resolve non-conformances.
• Facilitate or lead kaizen events related to quality improvement initiatives.
