We’re supporting a Cambridge-based, highly specialised engineering and manufacturing business who are searching for a Quality Engineer to support product realisation and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
This is a hands-on role within a precision environment, focused on ensuring products move efficiently from concept through to production, meeting strict quality and compliance standards. To be successful in this role you will need to have prior understanding of electronic products within a quality focused role.
As part of the Quality team, you’ll take ownership of quality activities across new and existing product programmes and play a key role in maintaining high manufacturing standards, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and driving a culture of continuous improvement within a lean environment.
