About the Role
Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a science or business-related discipline preferred. Minimum of 4 years’ quality-related experience. Experience with Technical Writing. (would be a nice to have) Experience utilizing quality tools in an ERP or MRP system. Experience in the fundamentals of supporting the Quality Management System (QMS). Working knowledge of process improvement tools such as root cause analysis and Process/Design FMEA and the PDCA Model. Capable of reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams; have a solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical controls. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO, ASTM, IEEE, NIST (or similar). Diversity in background would be great, Electrical Mfg experience would be awesome.
