About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
- Maintain control plans, inspection procedures, and quality documentation (FMEA, PPAP, SPC).
- Analyze defect trends and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) and supplier quality issue resolution.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure product conformance.
- Support audits and drive continuous improvement to improve yield and reduce defects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years' quality experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Familiar with quality tools.
- Experience using inspection equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
