About the Role:
Day Shift: 6am – 2pm
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the site Quality & Food Safety Management System (QMS / FSMS)

Drive compliance with certification standards, internal policies.

Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and work instructions

Monitor quality performance through data analysis, metrics, and reporting

Prepare and present quality compliance reports to site leadership and customers

Investigate non-conformances and lead corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)

Identify improvement opportunities to reduce customer complaints, waste, and plant costs

Provide guidance and support to a team of 3 Quality Control personnel across a 24/7 operation

Partner with production and operations teams to embed quality standards
