**Shift:** Sunday - Thursday 11pm-7:30am
**Compensation:** $24/hr DOE
**Job Summary:** The Quality Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining critical quality control processes within the manufacturing operation. This role requires attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills to check, measure, monitor, and record production against established quality standards. The Quality Coordinator performs assigned quality control checks in a timely manner, ensuring all checks meet defined frequencies throughout each production run. This position works closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure production lots are certified for release and audits line leads and operators for competency. Collaboration across all levels of management and associates is essential to facilitate problem-solving and to achieve customer quality standards.
