This position is designed for motivated individuals with 3-5 years of quality or construction experience. Collaborate with QA/QC Inspectors, project teams, and contractors to implement quality processes, perform audits, and track performance indicators. Your role will contribute to quality assurance across various project types in a hybrid or site-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Quality Management Plans and Inspection Plans
• Assist in conducting audits and inspections
• Monitor non-conformance resolutions and corrective actions
• Maintain quality documentation and records meticulously
• Support continuous improvement efforts within projects
