About the Role
Qualifications
- College graduate preferred (Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields).
- Experience in quality control or inspection is an advantage but not required for entry-level roles.
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges, thermometers) is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong observation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and in production or field environments.
