JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College Graduate, BS Industrial Engineer is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Computer literate.
- Good critical & analytical skills.
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Freight Forwarding background or experience is an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure end-to-end operational process continuity through issue and root-cause analysis.
- Identify process gaps, potential breakdowns, and risks; recommend improvements.
- Document process inspections, reports, and performance records.
- Advise operations team on process continuity to enhance service excellence.
- Address process continuity issues with stakeholders promptly.
