About the Role

Description
Location: Poland - Multiple Base Locations (Skwierzyna, Powidz, Bolesławiec, Żagań, Toruń, Poznań, Redzikowo, Świętoszów)ECC is seeking a Quality Control Manager for upcoming work across Poland under a recently awarded IDIQ MATOC contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The Quality Control Manager must manage the Contractor Quality Control program and organization for the assigned project to assure compliance with the site-specific Quality Control Plan and contract requirements.Requirements:Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Poland to project sites as required.
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general construction tools/software.
