Planning:
-Track the export plan and arrange work for inspection
- Installation of quality standards for each customer and construction of an inspection system
Incoming product inspection:
- Building methods of measuring, checking and evaluating product quality based on CADDI standards
- Directly check the bonded and size of mechanical products such as milling, convenient, stamping, bending, welding ... according to the standard and evaluating the results
- Read and explain the technical drawings for the inspector
- Record the test results in the inspection report
- Training testers on quality control measures
- Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure proper use and meet the requirements
- Summary, communication and handling when detect NG product
- Perform other jobs at the request of the superior.
