Quality Control

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Perform Quality tests on the production lots, entering results on the specific computer program

2. Paste the gold label on the approved productions lots
3. Control the quality of raw materials and packing & packaging materials
4. Arrange all the quality tests on new packages and new suppliers items

5. Maintain direct contact with package’s and label’s suppliers (local and foreign) concerning quality issues

6. Control all non conformities during the filling and packing

7. Assemble all defected packages at the end of each month

8. Perform random check on the production line to control the final product quality

9. Give approval to start the filling process by controlling the relevance of production line (links, batch number,….)

10. Perform calibration for laboratory instruments according to the defined schedule
11. Implement quality policies and present them to the head of department ...
