Job Description
- Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures.
- Document and analyze test results accurately, reporting any deviations or non-conformities to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and support process improvements.
- Ensure all laboratory activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes and testing methods.
