Quality Control Inspector

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Conduct In-Process periodical checking by an hourly basis
• Provide support to production to improve the quality of products
• Prepare In-Process Quality Control Report
• Approve Internal QA/QC Approval (first Piece Approval)
• Handling internal nonconforming product
• Responsible for verifying the finished goods from production to warehouse
• Ensure the MasterCard and job sheet is available during the production run and highlight to production if it is not available
• To support production in the making of new samples for product development.
• To ensure the QC quarantine area is in a proper condition with no pending or accumulation of On-Hold items.
• To report any unusual activities of anyone to the superior.

OTHERS

• Compliance with the quality system for ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and any other quality requirements observed by the Company.
