Job Description Job Description Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Reports To: Quality Manager / Plant Manager Location: Structural Steel Fabrication Facility Position Summary The AISC Certified Quality Control Expert is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enforcing the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the standards of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), including the AISC Certification Program for Steel Fabricators. This role ensures all fabricated structural steel components meet contract documents, applicable codes, and industry standards before delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. AISC Compliance & Certification Maintain compliance with AISC Certification requirements (e.g., Building Standard, Bridge Standard, or Advanced Certifications as applicable).
