Quality Control Engineers

Job Responsibilities

1. To review work procedures of Assembly, Manufacturing, AC Lab, Suction Discharge Pipe and Installation Kit Line.
2. To prepare the SOPs, MOM's, MOU's and Quality Improvement/Kaizen Reports for the quality department.
3. Design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end business processes.
4. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; drive corrective actions.
5. Make sure the implementation of easy mixing parts is being followed as per MoU.
6. To prepare monthly/quarterly and annual performance reports of QA.
7. To keep and maintain the record of HR policies and department related files.
8. To prepare & follow up on assigned tasks and operational activities of QA departments.
9. To control line stoppage issues through making timely decisions.
10. To develop the criteria for evaluation of new product & trial production with respect to quality standards and ensure mass production.
