About the Role
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- In Process Reject Analysis and improvement
- Outgoing Quality Control ( Inspection Sheet )
- Handling a Customer Concern or Claims
- New material assessment ( supplier, material substitute, etc. )
- Technical change Notice : Quality (to formally make process and documents whenever there is any change in 5M and 1E )
- O.A. Documentation Handling of above.
- Continuous Improvement in Quality
- Conduct Quality Training to newly hired Technician or Production Staff
- Conducts Audits of processes being implemented. ( Corrective and Preventive Action. Existing process if being complied, etc. )
- Serve as QMR ( Quality Management Representative ) in preparation for ISO Certification ( Future )
- Reports Monthly Quality Status of ( IQC, In Process Quality and OQC plus other activity associated with Quality ).
