Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection of parts, semi-finished, and finished products as per defined standards and work instructions.
Conduct tear-down analysis of defective units/parts to control MR ratio and identify root causes.
Control rework, rejection, per-unit loss, and over-aging stock in line with defined targets.
Ensure first-sample approval, ECN implementation, calibration of tools, and availability of inspection standards.
Analyze market complaints through visits, audits, and data from CSD; provide corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with LQA, BRD, CSD, and suppliers/vendors for issue resolution and improvement projects.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly quality, stock, market loss, and analysis reports.
Participate in FG audits, BRD meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the QA Manager.
