Quality Control Coordinator

Role Summary

Responsible for maintaining and enforcing the company's quality management system (ISO), ensuring the quality of all outbound shipments and samples, and managing all technical documentation across the organization. This role requires a strong focus on vendor quality, third-party inspection management, and cross-functional development support.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Outgoing Quality Control: Ensure the quality of all outbound shipments and samples before dispatch.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Quality: Conduct regular visits to vendor factories for order production monitoring and Pre-dispatch Inspections (PDI). Manage and coordinate all required Third-Party Inspections (TPI), both for customers and vendor sourcing.
• Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and manage the company's ISO Quality System.
