Quality Assurance Technician

Pentamaster Corporation Berhad is seeking a talented QA Technician to join our team in Batu Kawan, Penang.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure compliance of product specification and standards.
• Ensure inspection activities and product quality plan effectively executed.
• To maintain the quality records prior to inspection.
• To set up the inspection, testing & measuring equipment, jigs and fixtures.
• To carry out QA laboratory testing, work in process and finished good inspection activities as per quality plan, procedure and instruction.
• To perform the First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Prepare all relevant documents and data requested by customer and internal cross functional department.
• Ensure that processes and products are verified for conformance to customer requirements and Acceptance Test Plan from IPQC, final check until packing.
