Key Responsibilities:
• Document reasons for customer returns and resolutions
• Conduct vendor return investigations and reports
• Assist in system audits and equipment calibration
• Provide technical support internally and externally
• Engage in Lean initiatives and maintain Shared Vision Boards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in ISO9001:2008 or AS9100/9120
• Familiarity with Lean training methods
