Quality Assurance Lead

Virtual Emily is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead ( Sales with 3+ years of experience to ensure our BDR team is executing at a high standard across calls, CRM, messaging, and pipeline hygiene. This role is ideal for someone who can coach, audit, and improve performance while also managing a team of BDRs to hit activity and meeting goals.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Monitor inbound/outbound sales activities to ensure quality and compliance

✅ Audit calls, emails, and messages and provide structured feedback

✅ Build QA scorecards and run weekly performance reviews

✅ Identify gaps (scripts, objection handling, discovery, follow-up) and train the team

✅ Work closely with Sales Leadership to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality

✅ Ensure CRM accuracy (notes, stages, follow-ups, activity logging)
