About the Role
- NationGate’s representative for quality related issues and managing customer/regulatory audit.
- Responsible for coordinating corrective action, preventive action and problem solving activities reply for customer quality related issues including RMA (Return Material Authorization).
- Responsible for analyzing data from manufacturing and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- To learn and own up the Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plan, Statistical Process Control, IPC-610 (latest version), ESD (Standard Operating Procedure, Manufacturing Process Instruction and external ESD training provider), ERP system and Measurement System Analysis and Manufacturing Executive System (MES)
- To perform internal audits and support external audits and certifications.
