- Hands-on experience in IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, TISAX QMS is highly preferred.
- Candidates having working experience in Tier 1 automotive / medical sector Manufacturing industries will have a better chance.
- Certified QMS Internal Auditors are preferred.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Commendable problem-solving skills, logical and analytical mindset, i.e. good skill in 7 QC tools, 8 D methodology, 5-why analysis, Kaizen, Lean and 6-Sigma etc.
- Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office, and Web-based system.
- Responsible person with Flexibility in term of working hours and should be able to work under certain levels of pressure.
