Quality Assurance Associate

About the Company/Role:

Seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our client based in Meadowbrook who are a pioneering Australian Pharmaceutical company focused on the development and manufacture of innovative therapeutic products.
As the Quality Assurance Associate you will play a critical role in leading the quality assurance and control activities across manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy and regulatory compliance.
You will play a key role in maintaining GMP and TGA compliance, conducting audits and inspections and driving continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and identify process improvements to enhance product quality and compliance
• Lead internal and external audits, inspections and QMS reviews to ensure regulatory compliance
