Quality Analyst - Voice AI

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in GenAI , VoiceAI , Telephony , and IVR testing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of next‑generation AI-driven voice and conversational systems, including robust guardrail validations, performance testing, and end‑to‑end functional assurance.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing for GenAI and VoiceAI-based applications .
• Perform IVR testing , including call flows, speech recognition, prompts, routing, and fallback handling.
