As a
QA Analyst
, you'll review outbound sales calls, score performance, and provide actionable feedback to help our teams improve results. You'll work closely with Supervisors, Trainers, and Operations to maintain consistent quality across campaigns.
This is a
hands-on, high-impact role
in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Audit recorded outbound sales calls using QA scorecards
- Evaluate script adherence, objection handling, call control, and qualification
- Identify weak or non-compliant appointments before they impact clients
- Provide clear QA feedback and coaching insights
- Track quality trends and report findings to leadership
- Support calibration sessions and QA standard alignment
- Recommend script, SOP, and training improvements
- Use AI/GPT tools to summarize calls and optimize QA workflows (bonus)
