Job Description:

• Maintain and develop the Quality Assurance according to AITF 16949 and according to the specific customer requirements.

• Key contact for the customers in case of quality issues.

• Monitoring of internal & External PPM, analyse of root cause, definition of actions.

• 8D-report preparation, root cause analyses, corrective actions definition, verification of corrective actions.

• Responsibility for timely and correct communication with customers regarding the complaints, audits etc.
