Job Description:
**Role Objective**
To evaluate measurement feasibility for new and existing components, develop suitable measurement strategies, and design precision jigs/fixtures to ensure accurate, repeatable, and efficient dimensional inspection processes within the Measurement Lab.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ 1. **Measurement Feasibility & Planning**
+ Assess manufacturability and measurement feasibility of components based on drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications.
+ Develop measurement strategies using CMM, VMM, height gauges, and other metrology equipment.
+ Define critical-to-quality (CTQ) characteristics and ensure measurable capability.
+ Conduct MSA studies (GR&R, Bias, Linearity, ...
