Quality Analyst / Controller (ePublishing)

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst at Deanta, Chennai. As a quality analyst, you’ll be part of the quality management team and conduct quality audits for books and journals.

Key responsibilities

• Auditing PDFs for layout and style following SOPs.
• Checking structuring when layout is incorrect and sharing feedback:

• With project management, editorial and/or production for training purposes.
• With the template team for any template improvements required.
• With technology for any functionalities that need updates or new development.
• Documenting the feedback for next level analysis.

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in quality control (QC) / quality analysis (QA) in books.
• Familiar with production tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, MS Word)
